The problem of letting it go....

Before I got married, I weighed around 105-110 lbs. I was comfortable but trying to gain a little weight because stressful situations had gotten be down to an unhealthy weight. I feel really comfortable around 115-120. Well, since I've been married I've just kinda forgot about maintaining a certain weight and let it all go. I'm not proud to say that I weight 139, and that I haven't weighed this much since I was full term with my baby. This isn't even my highest weight that I've been recently... that would be 142. NEVER have I ever weighed this much!!

When I turned 25, its like I automatically gained 10 lbs. I kept it on. Then I turned 26, and gained 10 lbs. The rest snuck in somewhere.. ahem.

So, I was over at kevinandamanda.com and a while back she told about her weight lose story. How she had shed 20 lbs. She counted her calories and used the Calorie Counter. I went over and checked it out. It seems pretty easy. I am going to limit myself to 1200 calories per day, and I also started walking 2 miles every morning with my aunt.

We are gonna see how it goes.. hopefully well!!!

Here is a picture just because....

I'm exactly the same way! When we got married I weighed 98lbs! Scrawny! Then I got up to 125 before my first baby and now I'm at 135. I really want to be down to 120 but I haven't wanted it enough to DO anything about it. Other women balk at me saying I need to lose 15 pounds but when you're only 5'3" and all the extra weight hangs out in the middle it makes it hard to feel good in your clothes. Good luck!
